Had a pretty good mix of stuff in CycleFit today. Did some speed work, did some climbing, and did some intervals. I liked it. And I think I more or less did everything like I was supposed to. And I was dripping sweat (which I think is a good thing when you're working out :D). Burned 354 kJ. And it was yucky out today so I didn't miss out on any real riding. :)
