CycleFit

We did interval training again in CycleFit. I like interval training. We did speed intervals and climbing intervals. I chose speed work on the "rider's choice" intervals. I really need to get better at spinning faster now that I feel I've gotten stronger on hills. And I burned 364 kJ today. I'm hoping to push that closer to 400 when I can breathe again.
